Recuperating
Dear Editor: I was out walking with my husband and I unexpectedly quit breathing. I would like to say thanks to the EMS crew that came to help me on March 13. Thanks for getting me up to the emergency room fast. Thanks to Dr. Fribush and the emergency room crew for tending to me. Stabilizing me for my medevac flight to Seattle for further help. Thank you to Guardian Flight for getting me to Seattle where they could further assess what happened to me.
I am very thankful for all the prayers and concerns from everyone during this time for myself and my family. I am back home and I am on the mend.

Dear Editor: Once again, Roger Hames has generously supported the Sitka Community Land Trust, this time through a gift of $2,500 from his family. We appreciate this support so much.
