May 3
At 12:43 a.m. a report by the Office of Children’s Services of a sexual assault was placed under investigation.
At 1:18 a.m. a parking problem was reported at Crescent Harbor.
At 5:15 a.m. a caller complained of loud music coming from the Crescent Harbor restroom. Police asked a man to lower the volume, and he did so.
A man was trespassed from city harbors property after being found sleeping there several times.
At 5:57 p.m. a dog owner was cited for animal cruelty after it was found the dog was being kept in a vehicle without food or water during warm weather.
At 7:58 p.m. a dog was reported left tied up on Price Street. Police found kids had tied it up to keep it out of the mud while they played.
At 8:51 p.m. police logged a call at the post office, where a shipment of marijuana was reported to be arriving. An investigation is underway.
A cruise ship told police an assault had occurred on board. Troopers were notified.
May 4
At 8:29 a.m. a taxi driver was reported being aggressive toward another driver, in the 700 block of HPR.
A resident in the Indian River subdivision asked that a person be trespassed from the home.
