    Police received the following calls as of 8 a.m. today:
November 13
    A caller said the cap on her fuel tank was very loose.
    A caller asked to speak with an officer regarding a missing AR-15. He said he had taken it and a shotgun to a business to send to him, but only the shotgun was found.
    At 3:25 p.m. an anonymous caller asked for a welfare check on a woman who was being yelled at in the background by a man as she talked to the caller on the phone. Officers spoke with both parties. The man, who was calm and sober, agreed to leave while the woman gathered her belongings to stay elsewhere.
    At 6:38 p.m. a woman said while she was leaving the residence her boyfriend made some threats about harming himself. Officers contacted the man by phone, and he stated he was fine and didn’t have any intention of harming himself.
    At 11:25 p.m. a caller said two males on ATVs with no headlights were riding up and down Granite Creek Road and onto HPR. The caller also said a juvenile was on the back of one of the STVs. Officers contacted the males and issued a verbal warning about driving an ATV on the roadway.

Grand Jury
    Jeremy C. Beebe, 44, was indicted Thursday on a charge of misconduct involving weapons in the third degree, a felony class C offense.
    He is charged with having in his residence a firearm capable of being concealed on his person after having been convicted of a felony. Police reports said a search warrant had been executed at Beebe’s residence on Oct. 19.
    Beebe was arraigned Tuesday on the felony and a charge of violating conditions of release.

Emergency Calls
    Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 1:41 p.m., 2:22 p.m. and 5:34 p.m. Tuesday.
