Police Blotter
    Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
November 25
    Fish and Game and troopers were advised at 7:42 a.m. about a dead sea lion at the pullout for Crescent Harbor.
    At 8:40 a.m. a man trespassed from a liquor store was caught on video stealing. Criminal trespass and theft charges were forwarded to the ADA.
    Public Works was advised of a manhole cover off, at Baranof and SMC.
    At 12:40 p.m. a 911 caller reported his girlfriend assaulted him in a car.
    A resident reported losing a red iPhone in a pink glitter case.
    At 3:45 p.m. an ambulance was dispatched for a resident having trouble breathing.
    At 6:13 p.m. a caller saw a vehicle speeding and skidding on O’Connell Bridge, and almost hitting the caller. Officers were advised. Police received several calls about ice on the road and notified the Department of Transportation.
    At 6:53 p.m. a resident reported vehicles with low or flat tires at Eliason Harbor. Police confirmed the flat tires, but saw no evidence they had been slashed.
    At 7:12 p.m. a resident said his father called to report someone in a residence without permission but it couldn’t be determined whether someone was inside or not.
    A resident lost a debit card.
   
Sitka Police
    Chelsea A. Peterson, 29, was arrested Monday on a charge of assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence.
    Tyler E. Stonebreaker, 26, was cited Monday for driving with a revoked license.
 
Emergency Calls
    Sitka Fire Department dispatched ambulances at 11:45 a.m. and 3:47 p.m. Monday, and 6:47 a.m. today.
