At 9:43 a.m. a 911 caller said a tent or tarp was blowing around on the bridge. It was gone when officers arrived.
A caller said her roommate’s boyfriend was coming around and being rude. He had barged into the residence while the two were arguing, and she didn’t want to have him there anymore. The man was not currently in the residence but she wanted it documented in case he came by again. She was advised of her options.
At 3 p.m. a 911 caller said a man and woman at 1211 SMC were screaming and taking swings at each other, although the caller couldn’t confirm they’d actually landed blows. The man refused to speak with officers, and left. The woman said they had been arguing but no physical contact was made.
A woman said her neighbors let their dogs run loose, and they chase her, including while she’s in her vehicle, and have actually run into the vehicle. The dogs also lie in the road and the caller was worried they would be hit or someone would be hurt trying to avoid them.
At 7:37 p.m. a caller said a man was lying on the ground at 318 Lincoln. He was gone when officers arrived.
At 9:52 p.m. a caller said a friend was upset and intoxicated and saying he wanted to kill himself. Harbors and officers went to the boat he was last known to be on, and contacted
him. He said he had just gotten back from fishing, and didn’t want to harm himself. He was told about the calls and he said he thought another person was trying to cause trouble for him before he left Wednesday to go back home.
At 10:37 p.m. a caller said her granddaughter was receiving death threats via Snapchat. An officer spoke to the caller and the child and advised them of their options. They also were told police would follow up with the school on Wednesday.
