    Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:
October 22
    At 7:13 a.m. a caller reported finding a man who had been trespassed from Harbor property passed out in the ANB Harbor restroom.
    At 10:32 a.m. a caller on Wachusetts said garbage a bear had gotten into in a garage was still strewn about. Officers responded and the garbage was picked up.
    At 11:13 a.m. a caller on Bahrt Circle said a bear had gotten into her chicken coop during the night and five of her chickens were killed. The caller said her daughter had seen the bear around 2:30 a.m.
    At 12:31 p.m. a resident said a burglar broke into his storage unit on Jarvis Street and stole some items.
    At 8:05 p.m. a 911 caller said a man was walking downtown yelling and screaming threats, at no one in particular. Officers made contact with the man, who said he had been listening to headphones and singing along, but wasn’t yelling at anyone.
    At 11:14 p.m. a 911 caller on Katlian Street said an intoxicated man was in the roadway yelling and screaming. When officers arrived the man was out of the road and no longer yelling.
    At 11:20 p.m. a caller said a man and woman were arguing and the man appeared to be behaving aggressively toward the woman. Officers made contact with the two and advised them of the complaint, and to keep it down.
   
Sitka  Police
    Joseph Williams, 43, was charged with violating conditions of release Tuesday morning and criminal trespass in the second degree.
    Charla Bernhardt, 35, was arrested on a Sitka warrant and also was charged with violating conditions of release.

Emergency Calls
    Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday and 4:26 a.m. and 6:53 a.m. today.
