Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:

October 27

At 1:46 a.m. a bear was reported near the White Elephant Shop.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 1900 block of HPR at 8:52 a.m.

An animal problem was reported on Lakeview Drive at 9:24 a.m.

A facility on Seward Street reported a theft.

A traffic complaint at Jeff Davis and Lincoln streets was logged at 10:43 a.m.

Citizen assist calls were filed in the 500 block of Marine Street at 3:18 p.m.; and at SMC and Baranof Street at 3:52 p.m.

October 28

A domestic problem was reported at 3 a.m. on Burkhart Street.

Sitka Police

Noel Toriblo, 25, was charged with violating conditions of release.

Charla Bernhardt, 36, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of violating conditions of release.

Patrick Marrs, 38, was charged with driving under the influence early this morning.

Sitka Fire Department received at ambulance call at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday.
