Police received the following calls by 8 a.m. today:

October 28

A domestic problem was reported at 3 a.m. on Burkhart Street.

At 10:07 a.m. a traffic accident with damage was reported at Moller ball field.

An animal problem in the 600 block of SMC was reported at 3 p.m.

A stalking order was served on HPR.

 At 6:10 p.m. a disturbance was reported at a downtown bar.

A bike was reported stolen at Blatchley Middle School.

At 8:34 p.m. a crash with property damage was reported in the 3200 block of HPR.

At 9:46 p.m. a bear was reported on Indian River Road.

 

Emergency Calls

Sitka Fire Department received ambulance calls at 4:28 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

At 5:50 p.m. an engine was dispatched in response to an alarm set off by burned food.
