Dear Editor: On behalf of Sitka Cancer Survivor’s Society Board of Directors we wish to thank all of those who bought our raffle tickets, and who are so faithful in supporting us through these past years.
We drew the winning names on Oct. 24. The queen-size quilt, the earrings and the $300 in cash went to three happy lucky people.
Keeping in mind for Thanksgiving this month, from the kindness extended to us this year, we thank and appreciate the following folks for their continued support to us. Our awesome Sitka Emblem Club #142, for the auction and dinner dinner, and raffle; our local Elks Lodge #1662; the Ocean Wave Quilters; the donated money from Sitka Realty; and the beautiful earrings donated by Charlie Skultka Jr.
