Playing in fair weather on the turf at Moller Field, Sitka High’s softball team split a two-game series against the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears, Wednesday.
The Lady Wolves fell 18-9 in the opening match, but rallied in the second game, winning 10-9 after breaking a tie in the seventh inning.
Sitka has a bye this weekend but will face Ketchikan at home next week.
