Thank You, Hames Corp.

Dear Editor: On behalf of Transition Sitka and the Community Garden Project team, I would like to give heartfelt thanks to Roger and Mary Hames and the Hames Corporation for their kind and generous donation to the Community Garden Project. 

The garden project is well underway with brush being cleared, garden plots started and is moving forward into the next phase of the grading work, the perimeter fencing, and deliveries of top soil. 

We are very grateful for the support for this project and to the Hames for their critical role in our wonderful community.
