    The Mt. Edgecumbe High Braves swept the mats over the weekend, taking first at the Region V Wrestling Championship in Craig.
    The Sitka Wolves scored second place in another strong showing.
    With such solid performances by both local teams at regionals, the wrestling season is far from over. Both teams will send a number of competitors to the state championships in Anchorage this coming weekend.
