Paxton for Mayor
Dear Editor: It was with great relief that I learned Gary Paxton will be a candidate for our next mayor. Gary is a lifelong Sitkan who cares and knows about our community. His experience and proven problem-solving are exactly what we need as we face our many fiscal challenges.
I know Gary is committed to helping us all participate in understanding and making the right decisions. His leadership is truly needed and we are very fortunate he is willing to step up and take on the responsibilities of our next mayor. I have known Gary for the last 40-plus years and he is running because he cares about Sitka’s future.
If you would like to help Gary during his campaign for mayor please contact me at 752-1045 or at ndavis@gci.net. You can also contact Travis Hudson (travishudson2016@gmail.com 360-461-9263.)
