5 Cars Damaged In Chain Reaction

A domino-style traffic accident Tuesday left five vehicles damaged but  no one injured, police said today.

The accident happened shortly after 11 a.m. when one vehicle ran into the back of one of several vehicles stopped in the 700 block of Sawmill Creek Road during road construction. The car that was hit was pushed into the back of the car ahead of it, which hit the car ahead of it, pushing it into  the rear of the vehicle ahead of it, police said.

Further details on the accident were not available at press time. An investigation is underway, police said.
