Sitka Police Department logged the following calls as of 8 a.m. today.
April 22
At 3:25 a.m. a man said an intoxicated woman had come to his apartment and was refusing to leave. She was trespassed.
A set of keys found in the 200 block of Lincoln Street was given to police.
At 10 a.m. a driver said moving boxes had dropped out of his pickup and were gone when he returned.
Police aided Fish & Game in looking for a bear on Indian River Road.
A man asked for a welfare check on someone house-sitting for his dad. Police found nothing criminal.
A dog was reported running at large in the 1800 block of HPR. The animal control officer was notified.
A woman called from out of town to request a welfare check on her daughter. Officer are trying to trace her.
A woman said neighbors were harassing her in the 2300 block of HPR.
April 23
At 4:25 a.m. a bear was reported walking down Andrew P. Hope Street, going through trash as it went.
At 4:45 a.m. littering was reported on Andrew P. Hope Street. Officers issued a verbal warning to residents.
A woman reported losing a purse in the 300 block of Seward Street.
A downtown business reported an employee had dropped a bank bag.
At 2:30 p.m. a man was reported causing a disturbance on Moller ball field. He settled down after officers arrived and began watching the ball game.
A woman said people using an easement on her property were misusing it.
At 7:15 p.m. a resident at an HPR trailer court said neighbors were yelling at her children. She was advised of her options.
A cell phone was turned in to police. The owner claimed it.
At 9:16 p.m. kids were reported having a party in the cemetery off Observatory Street. Officers issued disorderly conduct orders.
April 24
At 4:10 a.m. a man said his intoxicated girlfriend was being verbally abusive. The two agreed to separate for the night.
A woman called from Juneau to report a conflict with a stepparent.
At 6:40 p.m. a mother and grandmother were reported arguing at a soccer game at Moller ball field. Officers were advised.
Sitka Police
Vivian Wright, 28, was arrested Sunday on charges of assault on a police officer, assault in the fourth degree, and being drunk on premises.

Sitka Fire Department received seven ambulance calls Friday, five on Saturday, and three on Sunday.
