Participants, Coaches
Sought for GOTR
The Pathways Coalition is again sponsoring Girls on the Run and is seeking participants and coaches.
This 14th year of the after-school program inspires girls in third- through fifth-grade to be ‘‘joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates physical activity,’’ the organization said.
Participants and coaches are needed to spend the 14th season of the program ‘‘exploring valuable lessons such as practicing empathy, inclusion, and acceptance, all while training for a 5K community fun run,’’ the Pathways Coalition said.
Participants can register by Feb. 13 at tinyurl.com/GOTR23 or pick up a paper registration form at the Keet Gooshi Heen front office.
Apply to be a coach by Feb. 8 at tinyurl.com/newcoach2023 (new coaches) or tinyurl.com/returncoach23 (returning coaches).
For more information, call Katie at 747-3493 or email GOTR@safv.org.
