Bundles for Youths
Sitka Public Library is offering surprise book bundles for youths of all ages.
To participate in the readers advisory program, call 747 4020 or e-mail maite.lorente@cityofsitka.org to share preferred genre or theme, library card number and age.
Once the surprise bundle is ready, participants can stop by to pick it up during library hours. For information call 747-4022.

For Brave Heart
Brave Heart Volunteers is teaming with Ludvig’s chowder cart for a fundraiser.
Beginning at noon on Saturday, July 18, hand-crafted ceramic bowls by Ritch Phillips will be available at the cart. Those who give a $35-50 donation to Brave Heart Volunteers will receive a bowl made by Phillips, along with chowder and bread.
Earns Degree
Kevin Gwinn earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science spring term from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon.
