Planning Panel OKs Adjusting Boundary Line

The Planning Commission unanimously passed its only agenda item Wednesday night.

The item concerned adjusting the boundary line between properties at 1301 Edgecumbe Drive and Lot 1 Little Critter Highlands Subdivision. They are located in an R-1 single-family and duplex residential zone and an R-2 multifamily residential zone. The Edgecumbe Drive property is known also as Lot 1 Old City Shops Subdivision. Both properties are owned by Robert Woolsey.

The boundary line adjustment increases the size of Lot 1 LCH while moving the rear property line at 1301 Edgecumbe Drive nearer to the house built there. This will allow for more direct access to the right-of-way from Lot 1 LCH and more space for building an accessory structure there, planning director Amy Ainslie told the Sentinel.

She said the meeting was short, and there was little discussion on the item before it was passed.
