Testimony Sought On Ranked Choice Voting Repeal

Public testimony on House Bill 4, which proposes a repeal of open primaries and ranked choice voting, will be taken starting at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Testimony will be taken in-person at the Capitol, room 120, in Juneau, or by telephone from anywhere else in Alaska..

Those testifying by phone from Sitka are to call the legislative teleconference line at 1-844-586-9085, and state the desire to comment on House State Affairs Committee on House Bill 4. Callers will be placed on hold until it’s their turn to testify.
