for any confusion resulting from the Sentinel’s announcement Wednesday that we are returning to paid circulation.

In effect, there is no change in the procedure for subscribers. Please continue to pick up your Sentinel at any of our distribution sites just as you have been doing the past four months. We take your word that you are a subscriber. Please continue to pick up papers for other subscribers if you have been doing that.  

The major change is that we ask people wishing to buy a single copy to pay the 75 cents single issue price. Help yourself to a paper at the distribution site and pay at the nearest checkout counter, or in the coin slot of an outdoor newsrack.
