Trial Opens In Firearm Case

A trial began in Sitka Superior Court Tuesday for Charles W. Grogan III, 29, on a charge of misconduct involving weapons in the second degree.
    The Class B felony charge against Grogan alleges that on Sept. 21, 2018, he discharged a firearm “at or in the direction of a building with reckless disregard for a risk of physical injury to a person or a dwelling.”
The trial was scheduled to last through today.
